• Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all orders over £35

• Anything under the £35 threshold will be charged £2.99 for shipping

• Free Next Day Delivery on all orders over £50

• Anything under the £50 threshold will be charged £5.99 for shipping

• The Next Working Day service operates Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays

• The cut off time for this service is 3 pm

• Orders placed before 3 pm on a Friday will be posted that day and will come through for delivery the following Monday. This however does not include delivery over the weekend

• Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday and the weekend will be posted on the Monday morning

Please note that due to the distance we are not able to offer the Next Working Day service to some areas within the UK. Courier services to the areas listed below will generally take an additional 1-2 working days:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are happy to exchange any merchandise within 30 days, in light of the following situations:

• We have posted the wrong item

• The item received is damaged on arrival

• You have ordered the wrong size

• Items you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition

• Exchanges may take up to 10 working days but are usually processed quicker

​

Please note: If returned items do not meet the above conditions we will NOT be able to accept the item back for a refund or exchange. The item will be sent back out to you with an additional charge at £5.99 for postage and packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange on international orders at this time. You will need to return the item back to us for a refund and you will need to place a new order for the intended size.
