UK DELIVERY

Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all orders over £35
Anything under the £35 threshold will be charged £2.99 for shipping

Free Next Day Delivery on all orders over £50
Anything under the £50 threshold will be charged £5.99 for shipping
The Next Working Day service operates Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays
The cut off time for this service is 3 pm
Orders placed before 3 pm on a Friday will be posted that day and will come through for delivery the following Monday. This however does not include delivery over the weekend
Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday and the weekend will be posted on the Monday morning

Please note that due to the distance we are not able to offer the Next Working Day service to some areas within the UK. Courier services to the areas listed below will generally take an additional 1-2 working days:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are happy to exchange any merchandise within 30 days, in light of the following situations:

We have posted the wrong item
The item received is damaged on arrival
You have ordered the wrong size
Items you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
Exchanges may take up to 10 working days but are usually processed quicker

Please note: If returned items do not meet the above conditions we will NOT be able to accept the item back for a refund or exchange. The item will be sent back out to you with an additional charge at £5.99 for postage and packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange on international orders at this time. You will need to return the item back to us for a refund and you will need to place a new order for the intended size.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the turn around time once your order has been placed it is generally too late to adjust items within your order, make changes to your delivery address or cancel your order as it will have been sent over for processing almost immediately. If you still would like to attempt to make a change, please contact up immediately.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.

If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Reckless Abandon or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We will not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them back to Reckless Abandon.

SECURE ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

At Reckless Abandon we use STRIPE as our preferred online payment checkout service. STRIPE has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, STRIPE make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Card payment methods including PayPal.

We respect your right to privacy at Reckless Abandon! We only collect the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing information. We do not store your credit card information and we will not sell your name or personal information.

COOKIES

Reckless Abandon does utilise "cookies" to help recognise you as a repeat customer and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous! We use this info to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site. Reckless Abandon reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do reserve the right to participate in cooperative database services. These services help us to direct, mailings and other marketing initiatives to appropriate purchasers and website visitors. No credit card information or other sensitive personal information is ever provided to the cooperative. We will use your email address to let you know about our new items, promotions and news and you can always opt out.

LEGAL

All content on this site, including, but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as html and javascript are the copyrighted material of Reckless Abandon, and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of Reckless Abandon. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is listed incorrectly, Reckless Abandon reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price. Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming your order. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit.

Please note that Reckless Abandon shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Reckless Abandon shall issue a refund back to your credit card account that was used to place the order with.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 or Öko-Tex Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile products from all stages of production (fibres, yarns, fabrics, ready-to-use end products, including accessories) along the textile value chain.

The label, 'Confidence in Textiles' of the product-related Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (textiles tested for harmful substances) is supplemented by the certification of environmentally friendly production facilities according to Oeko-Tex Standard 1000 and by the product label Oeko-Tex Standard 100 plus for products tested for harmful substances from environmentally friendly production.

We do not take payments over the phone. All orders need to be placed online through the website as this is is the safest way to complete your transaction.
